I am in love with this book.
I love this story since I saw the movie, sometime in the late 90s.
I so want to read the other books by Roald Dahl...

I would recommend this book to all children that love to read, and to all adults that still remember how it was to be a child between the ages of 5 and 12.

I'm planing to offer this copy to a 10 year old that skipped a class and has just started to learn english.

About Matilda:
Matilda is a 5 and a half year old genius. She reads (I actually have to add some of the books Matilda liked to my to read list).
On top of the books to add is Nicholas Nickleby by Charles Dickens.
Matilda's parents are stupid and don't really like her, but her teacher miss Honey is the sweetest teacher Matilda could have. She loves her and encourages her gifts.

In the end all ends well, and Matilda ends up living with Miss Honey... ( )
