Precarious Communism is a creative, critical re-working of the Communist Manifesto. It takes into account historical developments as well as developments in Marxist and socialist thought in the 20th and 21st Centuries, including critical theory, Neo-Marxism, and autonomism. The book is accessible to novices in political theory, and it sufficiently addresses common misconceptions and stereotypes about Marxism, a very important achievement for any scholar whose aim it is to spread awareness about the true nature of communism, at least from an autonomist perspective.
