( ) Take Time for your Life is a book based on a program to help you turn your life around and allow you to live the way you desire. This program is by no means a quick and easy process, and it does take some time simply to read through the book before you do the program (which is what the author wants you to do). I do find the guidance she gives very helpful for changing one's life-for example, shedding a job that no longer makes you happy, creating relationships that make life worthwhile and so on. I feel as though too many people go through life without these basic necessities that give purpose and meaning to how we live. I do suggest this book for anyone looking to change their lives, but keep in mind it is a lengthy (in my opinion) process. There are checklists and other information that make this helpful, but could also make you depressed (as you think to youself "Oh ****, there's yet ANOTHER thing I have to do that I haven't done"...or it could be just the kick in the pants that you need-who knows). Worth a try if you are not happy with the way your life is. no reviews | add a review
