The premise of the book is easy to sign up for. But there isn't anything new here. ( )

Take Time for your Life is a book based on a program to help you turn your life around and allow you to live the way you desire. This program is by no means a quick and easy process, and it does take some time simply to read through the book before you do the program (which is what the author wants you to do).

I do find the guidance she gives very helpful for changing one's life-for example, shedding a job that no longer makes you happy, creating relationships that make life worthwhile and so on. I feel as though too many people go through life without these basic necessities that give purpose and meaning to how we live.

I do suggest this book for anyone looking to change their lives, but keep in mind it is a lengthy (in my opinion) process. There are checklists and other information that make this helpful, but could also make you depressed (as you think to youself "Oh ****, there's yet ANOTHER thing I have to do that I haven't done"...or it could be just the kick in the pants that you need-who knows).

Worth a try if you are not happy with the way your life is. ( )

Interesting book on how to change your life so you enjoy it, asks some very interesting questions about why people put up with rubbish in their lives and is all abou self-empowering without being selfish.
As usual with all self-help books a pinch of salt is advised. ( )
