I had to re-read this before I could review it, because the first time, absolutely nothing stuck in my head. Once again Gary goes to Faerie and meets his friends the dwarf, the elf and the leprechaun. This time, his wife goes along. On the bad side the group of heroes is pretty much standard for Salvatore. On the good side, the leprechaun is the most interesting of the bunch, and Salvatore does a great job showing what can be done with illusions. However... the plot isn't all that original (it features a Battle of the Five Armies) and with possibly the exception of the elf, the characters are shallow. ( ) no reviews | add a review
