A young person offers specific and thoughtful examples of what it’s like to be a dreamer. Even though the world often tosses obstacles in front of creative efforts, we’re reminded to be persistent and to value being ourselves. Includes Gatefold.

Happy Dreamer is delightful! It shows the way a child's brain may not be still, but rather bouncing around dreaming or even sitting still dreaming. It shows children that it is ok to be silly and has a beautiful fold out two page spread of different types of "dreamers." (

I thought this book was perfect for this assignment. A lot of children now have ADHD and are looking down at for it. This book is perfect so that children can feel it is okay to have ADHD, it will also give some insight to adults to allow children to be who they are.
