Some history of the project. Well, that was about the longest advertisement I ever read. DC features the beautiful cheesecake artwork of Ant Lucia and others in this push for their collectible statue line and comic book tie-ins. Pretty pictures carry the day as Lucia reinterprets DC heroines and villainesses as World War II pinup models. The book also has photographs of the statues sculpted from Lucia's linework. It's interesting how often the sculptor is not quite able to capture the expressions on the faces just right or outright chooses to go in a slightly different direction. Anyhow, sexy fun for fanboys like me. no reviews | add a review
