This book takes you on the journey of this young boy as he learns with a learning disability. This book is very encouraging and information for students. ( ) really well written book talking about learning disabilities. It follows Alex as he learns that he isn't stupid, he has a learning disability, at first he doesn't want to try anything to learn to read because he feels that he's just too stupid, but eventually his mom convinces him to try again in a special class. He comes to learn that it's ok to be different and just because he reads differently doesn't make him less intelligent than anyone else. no reviews | add a review
