It’s about a dress. A valuable Hollywood dress. A blue sequined dress worn by in a film from the 1940s. Everyone thinks video store owner Noah Valentine has it, his partner who just recently died owned it. But where is it now and why didn’t Noah know about it. But, worse now Noah is a suspect in the murder of a Hollywood constumer.

Noah and his downstairs neighbors are back trying to solve another mystery. At times funny, at times sad in a look back to 1990s Los Angeles. An enjoyable read. (
