This one is what it is. quick book so it couldn't take a lot of time to work the storyline but it needed more.
I kind of expected something a little different when I picked it up. The two bears don't have a relationship other than friendship between them and at times it strained already. They constantly work against each other, trying to one up the other one. I expected them to be together in a way but they just aren't. Add in Carson and he really is the meat in the sandwich.
Both guys go out of their way to make sure he is good with where they are but at the same time they steam roll him too. He says he needs space and they complain or don't give it to him. They push and push until he does what they want.
I didn't buy the whole GFY here. Carson had never been interested in guys believed himself straight and them bam in 12 hours is with both guys and now a sub who likes a bit of pain. Too much too fast there. I will let a lot slide, it's a bear shifter book so reality is already out the door but this just didn't sit with me at all. (
