Nice locations and good cast (especially Corey as the mild-mannered psychopath out to avenge the accidental killing of his wife during an arrest by cop Cotton) can't make up for one of those scripts where people (especially Cotton and Fleming as his wife) just keep doing one stupid thing after another. Cotton is about the most inept police detective you'll ever see. Inspector Clouseau would have done better! ( )
