Review from resident five year old critic: 'This book was really good. It was about a young English King. His English battled the French, and 100 English were killed but 700 French were killed. And the French King sent Henry V a Treasure Chest but it was full of tennis balls'.
So, Shakespeare in this case was all about tennis balls and killing.

The books in this series are a great retelling of Shakespeare's plays at a level that is understandable and entertaining for young readers. Each story has a cast of characters at the beginning and a short two page essay about the themes in the play. (
