It is with feelings not unmixed with pride that the Editors have launched the B. C. Q. on its fourth volume - for the years through which it has flourished have been without doubt the most difficult that any new periodical could choose for its inception.
Editorial notes. It would be easy to celebrate Wiliam Morris as the most varied and gifted artist of modern times, but to do that solely would be to put his work in false perspective.
