In the second volume its becoming clearer that Haruma is obsessed with Yoh but it seems she (while still confused by his behavior) was reassured by her mothers approval of him.

At this point I think her mother is not a very good parent (obviously)

Poor Yoh, she really seems to attract creepy guys as most of this volume involves her getting invited to the Student council by the popular Kunie. But...Its never a good sign when someone tells you to RUN while you have the chance.


I still find it somewhat distracting by the amount and placement of the speech bubbles. ( )
