Sadly Laurent Joffrin is not Jean-François Parot and should not have taken on the request of the editor to write a new episode to this great series. What he produced was a boring history lesson throughout wich Nicholas and Bourdeau run around always to late (otherwise they might have changed history). I skipped whole paragraphs and pages not losing the any of the light to non-existent plot. Even the gallery of portraits of the men and women of the Revolution is pontificating and seems a rewrite of Wikipedia. So no more Nicholas le Floch for me. I don't want to see him losing his head during the Terror because the author cannot seem to compose a good story. ( )
