A battle between the forces of good and evil - and a reluctant young hero caught in the middle! The Defense Agency and an evil organization known as the Dark Order are struggling for control of an uncanny force that's already created a horde of weird creatures. For their battle, the Defense Agency enlists the help of high schooler Kyoya Izayoi, master of the obscure martial art of nenpo. It's going to be quite a fight!
