While I could mostly follow the story without any words, there were a couple of places where Ward makes allusions to common story tropes (like the Faust legend) but then doesn't follow up on them in a predicable way, which confused me. I'm not sure a wordless genre is meant for subtle nuance, or if it is, I'm the wrong audience. no reviews | add a review
