I do not practice magic myself, but it explained the techniques clearly and in detail. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning the methodology of magical practice. ( ) Understanding how spells work mentally and physically is a vital part for me when creating spells, and this book helps draw out understanding of archetypes used in myth and magic.
