An hour later I found I was 60 pages into the book and the only reason I was putting it down was because I couldn't stay awake. It looks like it will be a quick read, not necessarily from the way the book is formatted. The book appears to be setup for paperback issue. It has a huge font, big spacing between the lines - the white space is terribly obvious. This will go down to paperback size without becoming a big pb. Overall, I thought that this was a great book. I felt it lagged in certain areas in the sense that it just kept going on and on. I found myself skimming those areas looking for quotation marks because I knew that a character was speaking again. The plot is very well written and although I felt it took some time to get the ball rolling, once it did, the lead up to the climax was everything and more than I expected. It was a good book with a great plot and definitely draws you in and doesn't let go, even after you've read the last sentence. Looking forward to reading the next book in this series. no reviews | add a review
