The "inward journey" Is one of 'self-discovery' Believing that the ministry of each person should take the form suitable to his or her particular individuality, the members of this community work to discover and develop their sometimes unsuspected talents. Through spiritual exercises, prayer and reading the Word they constantly seek to grow toward God. The "outward journey" is based upon a renewed emphasis on the servanthood of the Church in its community or a world's need.
