A classic - as in, still necessary (unfortunately) and still entertaining. It has been reissued, so your library should have it... if not, consider requesting that they buy it.

A younger reader did point out to me the environmental destruction. I hope the forests that were burnt were the sort that were due for a prescribed burn anyway. ;)
