God! There was very little showing and lots of telling. There is way too much repetition, we get the point, she's dedicated to her kids and her work!!
The ending is just bad writing.
I dropped it midway and should not have picked it up again ( )

I listened to this book in the car, and it was pretty boring unfortunately. Danielle Steel's writing style doesnt change from book to book and I dont know why I keep listening to them. Some are good to listen too (Betrayal was fantastic) but others, like this one, are just not. ( )

He has problems adjusting to her kids and the ex-husband. The ending is never in doubt and for a psychiatrist she seems niave to the behavior of all involved. ( )
