I had read this decades ago and didn't remember a thing about it. Maybe I've outgrown Ludlum because I just really never got into this book. I found the last several chapters confusing as hell even though you 100% know the premise early on. Not bad, but not the way I remember Ludlum. ( )

As a fan of the Bourne novels I found this earlier Ludlum very disappointing. Lacked focus, no sympathetic characters, took too long to get going. ( )

Kept interest all thru. The germans need diamonds & the USA needs Gyros lots of action & believable plot. ( )
