The Dead Tree is a very detailed account of what happens to a tree as different animals come and go. This story, written in third person omniscient, could help a reader learn concepts about trees as habitats without going into the heavy detail of a nonfiction book. It could also be used to teach about adding dynamic details to a particular setting. Although the story centers around the same tree the whole time, the action changes and keeps the story interesting. no reviews | add a review
