It tells the information from the animals that sleep during the day’s point of view. Then you can flip the book over and it tells what other animals are doing while the other animals are sleeping. While the deer is awake the owl sleeps, and the other part of the book tells what the owl is doing while the deer sleeps. This is a good book that compares the animals that sleep in the day with the animals that sleep at night. no reviews | add a review

Review: Forest Bright, Forest Night is an excellent book to read to children to introduce concepts of certain animals preferring daytime or nighttime. It also is an excellent way to talk about our Sun and how it moves and affects our earth.
Craft Elements/Lesson: Is it day or night time on the last page? How do you know?
Draw a picture of tree during the day or night. Include at least three animals you would see during that time. ( )
