Three novellas. I got it for Trouble With Tycho, which I read as a kid. Great story, with a miner deciding to go into Tycho crater where previous expeditions have disappeared. Fun story with some great ideas. The Last Castle is about a siege of the last of a series of vast castles ruled by a feudal elite which threatens to complete the destruction of mankind by a rebelling alien servant class. In Empire Star, a boy raised in the slums must cross the universe with Jewel to fulfill a promise. Quick, fun reads. ( )
