I'M RECOMMENDING IT TO MY CLIENTS: I have a lending library of books that I recommend to my clients and Body for Life for Women is among them. It may have some of the flaws that other reviewers have noted, but this book still has a lot of strong, useful advice to offer. Pamela D.
