It felt like returning home to the series as dived in. I have also loved this author writing style but i also really focused on how she crafted here female characters and even thought they are not a POV character I really noticed how strong it was. This is a great starting off fantasy series for somebody and the writing is easy to breeze through. I really loved how much was accomplished in this book and it felt like complete story. I am so excited to read book 2 next month! This is re-read for me apart of read along I am doing. It felt like returning home to the series as dived in.
