Alice in Bushland: Fact and Fantasy in the Bush Administration is a political satire. Short, funny but factual. It consists of 15 conversations between Alice and various characters resembling those from Alice in Wonderland followed by Fact Sheets about "What Alice Didn't Know..." about various subjects such as the Patriot Act, the environment, Bush's budget, Iraq and Medicare. Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) wrote a blurb commenting "Alice in Bushland is an imaginative but playful take on the Bush White House. Peggy Wireman's playful humor underscores disturbing facts about the Bush administration's handling of everything from Enron to Iraq. Alarming and entertaining at the same time."
