As a vegetable gardener, I am delighted there is always something to be done in my garden...even in Vermont. The photos and other graphic information are beautiful and while my own plot will never be as tidy or photogenic, I get inspired, not discouraged, when looking through this handsome book. I have found this month by month gardening book wonderful. I borrowed it from my local library and I am now buying my own copy. In my garden I wanted to do it right this year and find a way to maximized the yield in a small but useful garden. This book gives you step by step directions that I really am using. I find it could almost fit into the series "...for dummies" as the monthly gardening tips and directions are clear and for the beginning gardener or someone who wants to revisit a more precise way of looking at their own gardening practices. no reviews | add a review
