This is a collection of anecdotes, articles and stories from the newsletter of the Coastal Forces Veterans' Association. The bravery, comradeship and humour of these men is here for all to see as they tell of their part in defending the seas around Great Britain from the might of Hitler's war machine. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad, but never less than authentic, the testimonies of this unique body of men highlight the achievements of the Royal Navy Light Coastal Service, so often overlooked in the past.
