I think he's elevated his plot a bit and the exchanges remain humorous. Very touched by the relationship with Archie ( ) This fun series continues, and Teddy Ruzak does play the fool. He's not so much "highly effective" as he is "highly lucky". Of course, he still does not possess the necessary private investigator's license so the state of Tennessee shuts him down once again. This poses no problem for our hero, who could not stop detecting if his life depended on it. He has been hired by a woman who suspects her genius husband of cheating on her after twenty years of marriage. Just as the investigation gets going, the wife disappears, and it's Teddy to the rescue! It's a romp of a read, and I look forward to seeing Teddy in the next book. no reviews | add a review

"In this third installment of Richard Yanceys hilarious Teddy Ruzak P.I. series, Teddys latest client is a good looking dame with long blond hair and great gams. Her husband, she suspects, is stepping out on her, and she hires Teddy to nail the cheater. Then the client disappears. Is this a divorce caseor a murder?" -- from publisher's website.
