I actually liked this book more then I thought I would. I got it on a whim, and when I finally got around to reading it I wasn't sure I'd like it. But I did. It's a funny story, reading about Jake chasing the squirrels, and smelling such intense smells, and the way he reacts to the thought of eating dog food... It's hilarious.

The only thing that annoyed me is that, throughout the book, Jake constantly refers to himself as "me in Lance's body" and refers to Lance as "Lance in my body". It throws off the reading-flow, and I'm sure the author didn't want readers to get confused about the body-switch thing, but it seems like saying that once or twice would've been enough. ( )
