The board book edition is a little long for the youngest toddlers, perhaps... but you know that kids who love construction machines will be hard on their books, so this is the right one for them to own and carry around everywhere they take their favorite trucks! ( ) Each of the machines on a construction site winds down their work and tucks themselves in to sleep. Very cute, with good rhyming. The illustrations of construction trucks with little blankets on their backs or holding teddy bears are extremely cute. However, I do wish that ALL of the trucks didn’t use he/him pronouns. They’re trucks, can’t one of them be not male? no reviews | add a review
