From my past experience, I always start with a daily plan, allocating time for both planned and unplanned activities. Every project has some unexpected tasks or support activities. It's essential to consider time for these without letting them disrupt the actual planned tasks. The key is to prioritize and tackle one task at a time, whether planned or unplanned. I keep my own Kanban board ( cork board & sticky note)for daily activities. This approach has consistently helped me meet deadlines.
