We are pleased to announce the 2025 Quantum West Plenary speakers at #PhotonicsWest! Kicking off this session is Andrew Forbes of the University of the Witwatersrand, presenting on quantum structured light and the roadmap to high-dimensional and multi-dimensional quantum states. Next up, Tara Fortier of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will discuss the evolution of atomic clocks, their enabling technologies, and how they will advance the field of precision metrology. We end the plenary session with a presentation from Nobel laureate Eric Cornell of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) discussing laboratory-based precision measurements.
