Is there a reason i can’t find an xbox one portal on most major sellers, countless 360 and wii u portals but very few xbox one- is there a reason?

hey i have these blank vehicle tags does anyone know if its possible to put the character nfc on the blank nfc plates i wanna know because i want the ninjago and sonic stuff

I can’t seem to get the DLC to work on CEMU. I can get the characters to load but it always comes with a message saying I need to connect to Nintendo Network to download extra content. The game will not allow me to enter worlds such as Teen Titans Go or Lego Batman Movie. What can I do to fix this?
