More than 90% of our global team is recruited locally, providing contextually relevant programme design and management.

Exceptional programmes
We work in over 130 countries, providing support to children, families and communities. Our programmes reach the people most at risk of family separation, and aim to ensure children grow up with a family to support and protect them. Partners can support national or multi-country programmes.
Humanitarian assistance
We deliver humanitarian assistance to children and families facing complex crises across the world. From the UK we are directly supporting work in Ukraine, Gaza and Haiti and we work closely with our global humanitarian team to increase funding reaching those in desperate situations.
Research partnerships
With a global reach and millions of beneficiaries, we are well placed to work with research partners that share our ambition to protect children. We have global teams committed to leading research in mental health, the key drivers of family separation and how to protect children in humanitarian settings.
