Expat License
Some people call this license “the MIT License,” but that term is misleading, since MIT has used many licenses for software. It is also ambiguous, since the same people also call the X11 license “the MIT License,” failing to distinguish them. We recommend not using the term “MIT License.” (English)

The "MIT No Attribution" or "MIT-0" license is a modification to the usual MIT license that removes the requirement for attribution. It is roughly the same as an MIT license consisting of a sandwich of (paragraph, line, paragraph), but it is missing the middle line of the 'sandwich'. (English)

This is the license of the original implementation of the JSON data interchange format. This license uses the Expat license as a base, but adds a clause mandating: “The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil.” This is a restriction on usage and thus conflicts with freedom 0. The restriction might be unenforcible, but we cannot presume that. Thus, the license is nonfree. (English)
