Motivation

The website Aves de Chile [1] is a very respectable database, concerning to the wonderful variety of birds that live in Chile which has been operating since 1999. Currently, it covers 575 different species of birds, and is highly used as a reference in Wikipedia (specially in the Spanish-language edition).
